1lb raw deveined shrimp
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
Generous sprinkling of dried chilli flakes (I like 2 tsp for 4 people)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dried spaghetti (red lentil for LOW CARB)
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Fresh basil to garnish

In a bowl mix the garlic, olive oil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. In a large frying/saute pan, saute the shrimp in the olive oil mix. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Mix the shrimp into the spaghetti and toss to coat evenly. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of basil.
