2 bunches of baby carrots, peeled and topped to 1 inch
2oz butter, melted
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Salt to taste

Pre-heat oven to 400F.

In a bowl, toss all ingredients together to mix well. Transfer to a baking tray and cook for 30 mins till tender.
